This site collects what is needed to answer an enquiry about a stay, plus your date of birth so we can wish you a happy birthday. It sets no cookies and passes nothing to advertising networks.
Who is responsible for this data
The owner of the two villas, who lets them in his own name: Aron Amar — The Metropolis Tower, Office 1130, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any question: the contact form.
What we collect, and why

The date of birth is asked for when the form is sent. It serves only that birthday gesture: it is used for nothing else, and you can ask us to erase it at any time without it changing anything about your stay (see Your rights).
We never ask for bank details or identity documents on this site. You do not have to create an account.
Who has access to it
- The owner of the villas, in order to reply to you.
- Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the site and the database. Data may be processed outside the European Union, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your information is neither sold, nor rented, nor passed on for advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
- An enquiry that came to nothing: twelve months, then erased.
- An enquiry that led to a stay: three years after the stay, for the owner’s records.
- Date of birth: it follows exactly the fate of the enquiry it belongs to — twelve months if nothing follows, three years after a stay — then it is erased along with it. It is never kept separately.
- Visit counters: twenty-five months. They relate to nobody.
Your rights
You may ask to see your information, to correct it, to have it erased, to limit its use, to object to its processing, or to receive a readable copy of it. Write to us through the form: we reply within thirty days.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the competent authority — the CNDP in Morocco, or your country’s data protection authority if you live in the European Union (in France, the CNIL).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The form is protected against automated submissions and limited in how many can be sent. The villas’ calendars are read by the server: their addresses are never exposed in the browser.
