Terms of use

Last updated: 21 September 2026

These terms govern the use of the site. They do not govern the stay itself: the terms of the stay are given to you by the owner before anything is confirmed.

What this site does — and what it does not

This site presents two private villas and lets you send the owner an enquiry about a stay. It does not allow online booking, nor payment. No payment is ever asked for on this site.

An enquiry is not a booking

Sending the form passes on an enquiry. It commits to nothing until the owner has confirmed it, in writing and directly to you. Until that confirmation is given, the dates remain open to other enquiries.

The availability shown

The calendar is fed by the booking diaries of the two villas, re-read regularly. It reflects the situation at the moment you are reading the page, but a booking may be recorded in the meantime. Availability is therefore indicative and confirmed by the owner. When a diary does not respond, the site says so plainly rather than presenting dates as free or taken.

Accuracy of the information

The descriptions and photographs represent the villas honestly. Furnishings and layout may change. The photographs are not contractual.

Use of the site

You undertake not to disrupt the running of the site, not to attempt to reach restricted areas, and not to send automated or repeated enquiries. The form is limited in how many submissions it accepts for that reason.

Links and liability

The site may link to third-party sites whose content is beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for an interruption of service, a temporary unavailability, or the use you make of the information published here.

Governing law

This site and the stays it presents are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Marrakech have sole jurisdiction.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force.

Language of this page

This page is a translation provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails: read it in French.
